21 DAY FAST Part 2

Here are 3 simple recipes you can try to help you get through this journey!

1) Minty Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/4 cup pineapple

1/8 cup of fresh peppermint

1 orange

1 apple

1 cup of frozen mangoes

2 cups of water


2) Citrus Salad:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of kale

1/2 cup of mixed greens

1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

1/8 cup chopped pineapple

1/8 half moon cucumbers

1/8 cup of chopped papaya

1/8 cup of chopped mangoes

4 calamansi (or 1/2 lemon juiced)

2 tsp of salt


3) Airfryer Guac Bowl



Ingredients:

1/2 russet potatoes cut in wedges

1/2 zucchini

1/2 onion

1 lemon

1/2 yellow squash

1 tbs of minced garlic

1/8 cup of chopped cilantro

1 cup of chopped asparagus

2 cups of chopped kale

HOW TO: Mix potatoes and 1/2 lemon with a sprinkle of salt together in a bowl, then toss

in airfryer at 320 for 15-20 min.

Then mix onion, zucchini, yellow squash, asparagus, and half of the lemon juiced in a

bowl with salt.

Once the potatoes are done, remove them and put them in a bowl.

Then toss the rest of the veggies in the airfryer at 320 for 10-12 min.

When they are done, just add your guacamole.
