I didn’t expect to have such a long break between postings, but to be honest, I’ve got a lot on my plate right now. The “Seoul” life is forcing me to burn the candle at both ends, if you catch my meaning. I bet a lot of you can relate to this.

       But… I’m not here to talk about me. I’m here to encourage you to support the vegan community and restaurants. There are a lot of ways we can do this, and hosting events can create some interesting opportunities.

      Coming together to network and encourage discussion, as well as enjoy the various vegan delicacies in Korea, has linked us up with a lot of friends and groups we wouldn’t have otherwise met. Sadly, a lot of our favorite places have shut down this year, so meeting up at these places is helpful to them as well.

      We have had some gaming meet-ups in the past year, playing Superfight and Settlers of Cataan, and we are planning quite a few meet-ups this year as well. Remember that you can invite your non-vegan friends as well; often times, the best recommendation for a plant based lifestyle is through good food and a great community!
