Itaewon Station exit 3 at 12:45pm. We'll be visiting Huggers! Whoot! It is such an awesome vegan burger joint. I look forward to meeting you and getting connected. Plus, who doesn't like a little fun with Cataan? Get your game face on!

For you Seolites who might be struggling with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, well don't worry we have you covered. This is all about practical living. Focusing on simple meals that you can make for you and your family. Teaching you practical ways to manage your time and how to prep the meals so your time in the kitchen is lessened. Remember, knowledge is power, so let's get creative in the kitchen together!
Time: 6:00pm
Limit: 6 people
Cost: 10,000 won per person (this will cover food costs, left over will go towards Donation Box Project, a project that helps disadvantaged people. I don't receive any of the proceeds)

Food Tour Guide

If you've been intimidated with all the food you see out by the market places and you're not the world's great chef, don't be dismayed. I'll give you a tour of one of my favorite market places and tell you some of the things that you can do with what they offer. So I hope you can join me on this adventure. After we are done, we'll enjoy an early dinner at a nice vegan restaurant.

3RD VEGAN FESTIVAL

If you weren't able to attend the 1st and 2nd Vegan Festival last year, don't worry, there is another one!
That's right! This is the 3rd Vegan Festival and the 1st one for 2017! I hope you can make it!
Where: 서울혁신파크 Seoul Hyeok Sin Park
On the Brown Line or Orange Line go to Bulgwang Station exit 2
Walk straight until you see the park on the left side
You'll see signs and tons of people.
You can't miss it!

It's that time again! Let's get cooking!
This is the second cooking class for this year! I hope you don't miss out on awesome food.
Last month we learned how to create the Chickpea Spinach Stew.

This time we'll focus on how to make time effective meals & how I prep to make meals to go.
